My name is Tanushka, and I will be co-chairing the ECOSOC committee with Ashton at DAMUN XVI this year! I am a current senior who has been involved with Model UN since my freshman year. Your chairs, as well as the officers of Model UN here at North Hills, have chosen two interesting topics for this committee. Attached is a background guide for both topics that you can use as a resource. Additionally, if you have any questions, don't be afraid to contact either me or Ashton. My name is Zoya Habib and I’m so excited to be one of your co-chairs for this year’s ECOSOC committee at DAMUN XVI. I am a current junior who has been in Model UN since my freshman year. Model UN has been such a fun experience for me, helping me connect with others and learn about current global issues.
