My name is Shyam Patel, and I will be one of your chairs for the Historical Security Council this year at DAMUN! I am a senior at Uplift North Hills Preparatory and this is my second year in Model UN. I hope that I can help make DAMUN a very enjoyable conference for you all, and hopefully make it one to remember. I am sure some of you might be a little anxious about this conference but do not worry, as DAMUN is meant to be an easy-going conference for new delegates. Hello Delegates!

My name is Saharsh Kuditini, and I am honored to be one of your co-chairs for this year’s conference. I’m a senior at Uplift North Hills Preparatory and while this is my first year chairing , I’m excited to help make this experience memorable for all of us. Whether you’re experienced or this is your first conference, my co-chair and I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and impactful environment for everyone. Although some of you may feel intimidated or scared, just remember this is a learning environment for everybody, so there’s no pressure to be perfect.
